About Us
My name is Joe Case and I'm the Owner/Proprietor of Case Computer. After spending 25 years in the construction trades I discovered that I had an all-consuming love of computers and spent most of my spare time learning about and working with them. As a consumer, I was tired of paying high prices and frustrated with getting no personal attention and having such slow turnaround times. So, I decided to open a shop for average consumers like myself to get "a fair shake."
By opening my own home-based computer shop I am able to follow my dream, and you are able to benefit from my knowledge, experience, and passion. I also have over 10 years of experience working with computers and I am an A+ Certified Technician. References and transcripts available by request. (Okay, I'm just kidding about the transcripts!)
Hours & Fees
In Shop - $40.00hr. 1/2hr.Minimum- Billed in 15 Minute increments
On Site - $55.00hr. 1hr.Minimum- Billed in 15 Minute increments
Maintenance, Cleaning and Tune up - $25.00 per Machine (in shop)
Networking - Web pages - Call for Appointment
Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sundays and after hours by appointment.
Special
My services include a Maintenance/Tune up Special of $25 per machine (in shop) or $35 per machine for work at your location (call for details).
You may have computer viruses and not even know it. Like a car, your PC needs periodic tune ups too. Regular tune ups can find up to 90% of your computer problems and can keep your machine running at peak performance.
