About Us
As pastor of the Stratmoor Hills Methodist Church, I provide spiritual guidance to those who are part of my congregation.
I bring to Stratmoor Hills a varied background in music, business, the military and the church. I feel all these experiences help me to better serve the Christ. I preach a Gospel of Good News that is faithful to the scripture, optimistic, joyful and positive.
We also have adult and children classes, a wonderful and informal choir, fellowship opportunities, and a parents morning out program. We welcome you to come and experience our community church at Stratmoor Hills and be part of our new growth in our relationship with God!

Personal Statement
I lived many years in a wilderness seeking the life support systems that allow us to survive in a hostile environment. One day, unexpectedly, I felt called to be a speaker on behalf of God. This was something I fought for many years, but eventually, I gave into God’s call, and began the study of theology and scripture that led me to the place I am today.
My theological view is joyful, optimistic, and hopeful. I find in the scriptures many cases where flawed people like me are used by God to proclaim that all of us can be in a relationship with God. When I preach, I find that being happy and optimistic, while laying out our responsibilities to be engaged on behalf of God, is the nature of the God’s Good News we call the Gospel.
I enjoy preaching, teaching and working with others. My preaching style is biblical. I sometimes ask more questions than I give answers, but always within a framework of pointing people toward seeking a closer, more intimate knowledge of God.
