As the Operations Manager for Pikes Peak Mortgage, I am in charge of coordinating all areas of the company. I utilize my vast lending experience, appraisal skill, and finance degree to assist our loan officers and staff in maintaining the highest level of competence in the mortgage industry. Sorting through hundreds of loan programs and price structures is essential to bringing you the program that best fits your needs. I have recently acquired my registered appraisal license and am in the process of acquiring my Associate Broker license.

Professional Background
During my studies at the University of Colorado, I interned with Pikes Peak Mortgage Company and after graduating from college, I choose to join the company on a permanent basis. I have been here ever since and do not foresee a change due to the great relationship and trust I enjoy with the company and its owner, Rob Myers.
Personal Interests
I enjoy a number of outdoor activities including camping, skiing, and fly fishing. However, most importantly, I am a golfaholic with a 3-5 handicap, who loves to compete in as many amateur golf tournaments as possible, year round.

I was fortunate to be named Gazette Telegraph's "Player of the Year" as a senior at Doherty High School.
I often find myself as "King of the Course" at Springs Ranch Golf Club and am frequently challenged by many others who want to claim that title

Personal Statement
My family moved to Colorado Springs from South Dakota over twenty years ago. Even though I wasn't born in the Springs, I was raised here and consider myself a "pseudo-native." I have never visited any place I would rather reside than Colorado Springs and that is why I chose to go into real estate. My objective is to become an expert in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate: lending, appraising, and brokerage. Being competent in these three areas will enable me to look out for our clients' best interest in regards to any real estate transaction or opportunity.
Our philosophy is to "take the time to meet each customer's needs." Pikes Peak Mortgage Company was created to serve fewer customers with a greater level of service. Real estate transactions are complex and very individual in nature. Therefore, the "one size fits all" philosophy helps a volume mortgage lender generate profits but often leaves the customer with more questions than answers. What is a great loan for customer "A" may be a poor loan for customer product fitting your needs. Your satisfaction is essential to our business success.
