Professional Background
I started my career in 1975 as a real estate broker. My experience includes over 25 years of experience in the management and ownership of real estate companies. In the beginning of my career, the emphasis was on real estate brokerage and the highlights include the sale of several residential developments and the development and construction of a 90 unit apartment complex and 72 unit housing project.
Later on my focus changed to the appraisal of real estate, brokerage of commercial real estate and construction management. From 1994 - 1997, I was Vice President and 33% owner of Citiline Mortgage Company, a full service mortgage brokerage. In 1997, I started Pikes Peak Mortgage Company which allows me the opportunity to add mortgage brokerage to the array of services I offer. I am assisted in this endeavor by Judy Myers, my wife and co-owner, and Mike Louoma, Operations Manager who is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the company.

Significant Accomplishments
I appraised well over $100,000,000 in commercial real estate from 1989 through 1992 and completed over 300 residential appraisals a year from 1993 through 1995. Some of my more significant projects include the acquisition, financing, and construction management on the 40,000 square foot Community Health Center facility and planning, development, construction management and lease negotiations for the 80,000 square foot Springs Center for Women Health Care facility.
As President, I am very proud of the fact that Pikes Peak Mortgage Company has closed in excess of $93 million in Conventional, VA and FHA loans in its five years of operation.
