Melanie Colvin, branch manager for Team Home Lending, Ltd., has over 5 years experience in the mortgage industry. She is knowledgeable in Conventional, VA, FHA, Jumbos, bond-programs & down-payment assistance programs.
Melanie was previously with Sterling Capital Mortgage for a year during which time she developed a close familiarity with the products, services and reputation that Sterling Capital Mortgage brings to Team Home Lending, Ltd. Originally from California, she relocated to Colorado Springs a year ago and is enjoying all the sites and activities that Colorado has to offer.
